This time we took MAS direct flight from KL to Amsterdam. Of course the seat space and washroom are width then Qatar, but i prefer Qatar Airway seat, for me is more comfortable, but lau say want to take direct flight, so have to try MAS (5*) Airline :)
What!!! first time i take MAS, when we return from Amsterdam to KL flight have delayed 3 hours due to technical reasons, they wrote an apologize letter and provided meal vouchers.
We travel to Netherlands's Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Belgium's Brussels.
It was a wonderful trip, 9 days 8 nights we enjoy it. First day in Amsterdam rain drop, last day in Amsterdam snowfall. Last day before we left Brussels it windy day. Wow!! whole trip we met raining, snowing, windy, sunny this time for our Europe trip.
In Rotterdam we took waterbus to Kinderdijk, from people sharing in internet said that winter don't use waterbus should take train and bus, because after taken waterbus to Ridderkerk we need to change a small boat, but the small boat it close in winter. Before we went, have asked the hotel staff, she say we can take waterbus to Alblasserdam and walk to Kinderdijk (its large network of windmills). WoW! such a good experience, enjoy taken waterbus to look around Rotterdam, but walked to Kinderdijk took long way (almost 2 hours maybe we took the road wrongly), we don't mind to walk but it was windy and cold alone the Alblasserdam to Kinderdijk.
Maastricht; the purpose of going Maastricht, to see selexyz-domincan-church renovate into modern bookstore, everybody say it most beautiful bookstore in the world..... but Maastricht 3 days public holiday for celebrated carnival. Oh!! can't see the bookstore but join together with them to the celebration. And lau was happy, because we have a yummy Chinese food duck in the town and met a waitress from Penang, due to we all are from Malaysia, she was happy to chi chat with us.
